CCHASM Thanksgiving Program

CCHASM Thanksgiving Program 2015 CCHASM’s goal this year is to assist 3000 families for Thanksgiving in Chesterfield County, Colonial Heights, Dinwiddie, Hopewell, and Prince George with a Thanksgiving Meal Gift Package and $15 gift card for a turkey.
